History

Grande Albergo was built between 1952 and 1953 and it is designed by the architectAntonio Costabile, immediately it became hotel hospitality reference in the city, but not only.

After 1980 earthquake the hotel was renovated with a project of thePotenza Archstudio(consisting of Antonio Costabile and Eng. Maurizio Leggeri) that will be a case study of international aseismic engineering.
