In the case of payment by bank transfer, the transfer must be made to the following bank account:

The bank transfer must be made within 72 hours from the time of booking. Please send us a bank transfer receipt to the following email: info@grandealbergopotenza.it
If the bank transfer will not be received within the deadline indicated, the reservation will be cancelled.

Hotel reserves the right to apply a cancellation policy as indicated below:
- Free cancellation up to one day before arrival
- For late cancellation or no-show, penalty of 100% of the total stay
All rooms provide double bed or single bed, plasma TV with digital TV and SKY, minibar, safe deposit box, telephone, free wifi, air conditioning. Free wi-fi is also available in shared spaces.
Rates include bed and breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00, Times can be changed in case of special needs of guests.
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure. Please, inform staff reception if you have different needs.

If guests arrive at night, especially after midnight, please inform the hotel before their arrival.
